Michael DOBBIN

CEO, Head of Development
Founding Director

Specialising in international treaty co production and independent distribution, Michael is a seasoned production and distribution executive with a career spanning two decades. He is a founding director of Peardrop Productions. He has produced nearly a dozen feature films including Mitch Jenkins’ Ravers, Steven Michael Hayes’ Jill, Bernhard Pucher’s Ravers (2020) and Endre Hules’ The Maiden Danced to Death (2011), which was presented in 20 countries and over 30 international film festivals and was also considered as Hungary’s nomination for the Best Foreign Language Oscar® at the 85th Academy Awards. He is past participant of ACE, the Producers Lab,  the International Financing Forum at TIFF; IFP in New York; the International Co Production Market at Berlin and Trans-Atlantic Partners. He’s an alumnus of Toronto’s Ryerson University.

Eva LEWUCHA

VP, Acquisitions
Founding Director

As a producer, Eva’s recent screen credits include Mitch Jenkins’ A Million Days which is set for release in 2023. She was associate producer on Ravers and His Master’s Voice. She is a founding member of Peardrop. Eva served as development executive on Carol Morley’s The Falling, winner of the 2016 London Critics Circle Film Awards. Prior to moving into production, Eva worked with Initialize Films, assisting film producers at international film markets and liaising with financiers, co-producers, sales agents and distributors. As a film friendly locations consultant and sales executive at The Location Guide, Eva has built strong relationships with film commissions and filming locations around the world. She’s a graduate of Krzysztof Kieslowski Faculty of Film, TV and Radio Production at University of Silesia, Poland.

Derek LINFIELD

Non-executive Chairman, Founder

Derek is a relative newcomer to the film business, but not a newcomer to film. A Canadian lawyer based in London, Derek was President of the Canada House Film Club for 10 years where he delighted in screening Canadian film for the UK market. Derek is a former educator and lawyer with degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland (BA(Ed), BSc) and McGill University (LLB, MBA). Mitch Jenkins’ A Million Days was his first executive producer credit.
